For the last 10 years, Stephen has been working as an in-house Owner's Representative as part of a small development team within a publicly traded REIT. In that time, the team has delivered over $300M worth of projects.

As Owner's Rep, Stephen has worn multiple hats to get projects approved and assets stabilized. From entitlements to construction project management, from asset management and FF&E procurement, whatever was needed to get the project where it needed to be.

Stephen has made contacts within the rapidly growing surf park industry to meet the needs of Owners and Developers who need to see their renderings become reality.

Stephen is utilizing his hospitality, development and construction management experience to bring a new development to the Jersey Shore.

Stephen owns a small portfolio of investment properties near Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
